CrewInspector.com to provide crew management software for Saga Agency

Riga/Klaipeda – Online crew management system provider CrewInspector.com signed an agreement with Saga Agency (Saga UAB) Lithuanian crewing agency to provide its proprietary crew management system.

Following the agreement, Saga Agency will use software as a service for their offices in Klaipeda and Kaliningrad, receiving ongoing crew manager support and also further software development to ensure internal process requirements are met within the crewing software itself. Upon the agreement with Saga Agency, CrewInspector provided online application for new applicants to register their personal data with the potential employer. This is one step forward to eliminate excessive spreadsheets and other documents for maintaining seafarer applications which from now on can be safely kept within the crewing software.

Oceanwide kiest voor CrewInspector.com crewing software

Riga / Vlissingen – CrewInspector.com, aanbieder van online crew management systemen, heeft een overeenkomst getekend met maritiem uitzendbureau Oceanwide (onderdeel van Humares BV) voor gebruik van haar crew management systeem.

De overeenkomst tussen beide partijen behelst een volledige database migratie van 30.000 zeevarenden en gerelateerde informatie, zoals certificaten en werkervaring om een soepele overgang naar het nieuwe crew management platform te verzekeren. Daarnaast levert CrewInspector.com haar zijn recruitment tool met geautomatiseerde functionaliteit om nieuwe vacatures en zeevarenden te registreren, onderling te matchen en rechtstreeks uit het systeem zeevarenden aan reders aan te bieden.

Naar aanleiding van de overeenkomst zal CrewInspector.com tevens bedrijfsspecifieke tools ontwikkelen voor kostenbeheersing, payrolling en facturatie en de rest van de Oceanwide kantoren in Cyprus, de Filippijnen, Rusland, Singapore en de Verenigde Staten van Amerika integreren.

CrewInspector.com secures agreement with Seawhale Co Ltd

Riga/Arkhangelsk – Online crew management software provider CrewInspector.com signed an agreement to supply Russian crew manning agency Seawhale Co Ltd with its proprietary crew management system.
